Helen is the Founder and Executive Director of Azul Education Services. As Builder and Connecter she leads a team of Career Counsellors, Education Associates and Community Advocates dedicated to supporting individuals reach their highest career potential. She is committed to student success and advocates for accessibility and inclusion in education and workplaces. Helen is dedicated to work closely with students, families and community to ensure high school students are equipped to make informed career decisions and are hopeful for the future.
Helen Filipe
Executive Director
Eleanor Hendriks was a Global Business and Digital Arts student at the University of Waterloo with a focus on UX research and design. She completed a co-op term with Azul Education Services as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where she applied her skills in marketing, UX research and design, and digital strategy to support Azul’s growth. She brings extensive professional experience in coordination, assessment, and administrative roles, supporting organizations through process design, client assessments, and system management.
Eleanor Hendriks
Adriana Fierastrau is an independent consultant supporting Azul Education Services through Ontario Assistant, specializing in operational solutions. She is a University of Toronto graduate with over 13 years of professional experience, holding an undergraduate degree in Law and Sociology and a post‑graduate certificate in Paralegal Studies from Conestoga College. Adriana is a licensed Paralegal with the Law Society of Ontario and brings expertise in operational systems, marketing materials, graphic design, and technology-driven business solutions.

Our team of Education Associates act as college or university ambassadors for their program of study and the institution they attend. They are available to answer Azul client questions about program of choice, institutional culture, residence experience, residence vs. commuting, and much more.
