  • Yes. There may be materials or assessments to complete between classes or appointments. On average, students should plan to spend about one hour between sessions.

  • Depending on a student’s needs, we may use established psychometric assessments such as personality, career, or emotional intelligence questionnaires (Personality Dimensions assessment, Career Dimensions assessment, Emotional Intelligence EQi assessment). These are used to support exploration and decision‑making and are administered by qualified professionals. They are not diagnostic and are not used to label or evaluate students.

  • Pricing for standard services is listed with each offering. Customized packages can also be created to meet individual needs and budgets. A 30‑minute discovery appointment can be scheduled to discuss options.

  • Yes. Payment plans are available, including one full payment, two equal payments or three equal payments. A discount is available for multiple children from the same household. Details can be discussed during the discovery call or before a contract is signed.

  • Anytime is a good time to start, as sessions are tailored to individual needs. There are different options for students depending on grade level and goals. Support is also available for post‑secondary studies and the transition to the workplace after graduation.

  • Once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is processed, coaching can begin within a week or at a mutually convenient time.

  • The initial appointment is a 30‑minute discovery call, allowing staff to learn more about your needs and for you to determine how services can best support you.
    All subsequent appointments are 1 hour and are scheduled at the end of each session.

  • Many post‑secondary programs require a letter of intent, supplementary essays, or portfolio submissions. During application review sessions, written materials are reviewed with detailed feedback, and support is provided for additional portfolio requirements. Interview preparation is also available, including mock interviews and personalized feedback. A discovery appointment can help identify which materials require attention.
