Medavie Scholarship

• Up to five scholarships of $5,000 each

• Currently between the ages of 17 and 25 years old

• Enrolled in full-time studies at a recognized post-secondary educational institution based in Canada

• Pursuing a health-related field of study

• Living with a mental health challenge of their own or that of a family member
